I can’t believe that my little brother is 22 already and is about to graduate from college. I still think of him as my little brother who would always get dragged to my softball games and would have to make friends with my friends’ younger siblings since they were “stuck” too. In the next coming months, as he graduates from the Naval Academy, it will become increasing real that he is going to be in the military. A little of me saw the Naval Academy as just a really, really strict college, and it was, but it was just preparing him to defend our country.
So here’s to you little brother! Happy Birthday! We love you and are so proud of you!
