about the fur-babies too
I don’t post nearly enough about our “first babies,” Duke and Harley. Duke’s claim to fame is that he was the original “man of the house” and was here with me before Lucas. Well, it was just Duke and I for 10 days before I met Lucas, but in dog years that is 70 days! Hahaha. We adopted Harley together one year later and we have been a family ever since. This past week, Harley was hanging out on the other side of the couch and I was able to get down and dirty on the floor and get this shot of her.

SERIOUSLY!? That is the cutest picture, and an adorable dog. I have a basset/rottweiler cross that often takes the same position beside the couch with his head on his paws. Dogs really are part of the family, aren’t they?!

Awww…how sweet! We have a black lab (who is 5) and she is spoiled rotten. She’s definitely a bigger baby than our 3 year old is sometimes.
