Today was one of “those” mornings; perfect. Ke’alohi slept in until 7:30 am and when she got up, she was in such a great mood. We spent the next 15 minutes playing in bed until Daddy woke up and joined in on the fun. We weren’t getting brunch until 11 am so we knew we had some time to play before getting ready, and boy did we play. We had our own little pillow fight full of giggles and laughing by all of us. Now that Ke’alohi is so mobile, she loves climbing all over us and the pillows and especially likes to use the headboard to stand.
When the dogs heard how much fun we were having, even they jumped on the bed to get belly rubs and back scratches. I mean, who doesn’t love a good belly rub and back scratch? It was such a great morning and truly made my heart smile. This is the life…
