Tonight was especially exciting because one of my friends, Autumn, came over for a much anticipated visit. We were going to see Auntie Autumn last month, but then she got sick so we waited until she was better so she could really have fun. In order to keep up with Ke’alohi these days, you need to be well-hydrated and in shape. Hahaha. It was so much fun having her over to catch up on what’s new and to relive the glory days in Theta and our summer at Oxford. Autumn and I have known each other 7 years now (wow, that’s long!), starting from when we were in the same pledge class of our sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta. Then the summer before our senior year we also studied abroad together to England to study at the University of Oxford. It was definitely one of the best summers of my life and that was largely because of all the time we spent together.
We can’t wait to see more of Auntie Autumn and hope she will visit us again soon during one of her “study breaks” from her last semester at LMU Law School. Thanks for stopping by!
I remember that Autumn was one of the very first to see Ke’alohi in the hospital when she was first born. I have that first photo of Autumn holding Ke’alohi. Such a loving Auntie!
