I’ve been both dreading and hoping for this day. Today, while Ke’alohi was at her daycare, she took her first three steps. All the women at the daycare were ecstatic and couldn’t wait to tell us the big news when we came to pick her up. I was happy but again bummed that we missed it like we had missed her first time crawling.
Luckily, Ke’alohi wasn’t too tired when we picked her up and she showed us how she did it and took four steps from me to Lucas. We are still working on getting it on video. Let the chaos begin!
