We were so excited to see Ilikea on this trip and see how her and Ke’alohi got along and played with each other. We were bummed that this trip Bridget was working so she couldn’t play with us at their house or the park. We were able to get the girls to share some toys and even sit next to each other for a little bit.
After Ke’alohi and Ilikea played at their house, Ely took us over to this awesome park in Kailua. The girls had a blast crawling everywhere and exploring the whole park. I think their favorite place on the playground has to be the turtle tunnel they crawled through a few times. Ke’alohi really liked following Ilikea through it and just enjoyed going back and forth in it. Eventually, Ke’alohi came out of the tunnel just in time for her and Ilikea’s nap before we had to leave. We can’t wait to see Bridget, Ely and Ilikea this weekend at Cinnamon’s and after, if the weather is nice, Ho’omaluhia Botanical Gardens to feed the ducks!
