Motherhood is…
trial and error
You can have all the “best” baby products in the world, but you never know if your baby will actually like them. So much of getting through the first year of Ke’alohi’s life was trial and error; between bed time, bathing, toys, feeding and keeping her occupied we have tried most everything in pursuit of what worked best for our family. A perfect example for us is sippy cups. As you can see, we have gone through our fair share of them in our quest to find a sippy cup that Ke’alohi will take and use happily. Finally we have found two that she is okay with and I hope they will be the answers to our prayers as we try to wean Ke’alohi from her much beloved bottle.

This totally made me laugh because it is SO TRUE! Isn’t it amazing how nothing ever works the same for kids…while one child may like one thing, the other will most certainly like another. Motherhood is always an adventure
You had one sippy cup. It was a Tupperware one. It’s the only one we offered you. There was never this many selections like there is now. Thank goodness!
