We had such a blast today! Today was the first time Ke’alohi played in a pool and she loved every second of it. One of my friends, Sara, had a party at their house to celebrate their son’s second birthday. Kamauliola had a pirate themed party that was full of awesome decorations, food and people. The best part of the party was seeing so many of my friends that I went to high school with and their babies.
We spent most of our time hanging out in the air conditioned house with Aleki (Heidi’s daughter), Makani (Kimi and Rachel’s son) and Kainalu (Kimi and Rachel’s son). Seeing how great Kimi and Rachel were with their twins and how demanding it is totally put things in perspective. Having two at the same time is tough, but to be honest they make it look so natural and those two boys are so lucky to have them as mommies.
Sara did such a great job hosting us, especially with her being less than two weeks from her due date with her second baby. Can’t wait to meet little Juliet!
